Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (Full-Time & On-site)
Location: Tallahassee, FL || Duration: Full-Time

Required Skills and Experience

* Seven or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
* Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
* Demonstrated ability to implement solutions using Salesforce standard and declarative functionality.
* Strong experience with Salesforce Flow, objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
* Proficiency in Apex, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.
* Experience developing and consuming REST or SOAP APIs.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing architecture, governor limits, and platform best practices.
* Experience with source control, deployments, sandbox management, and Salesforce development lifecycle processes.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned solutions.

Preferred Skills and Experience

* Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
* Experience with OmniScripts, Flex Cards, Integration Procedures, and Data Mappers.
* Experience in providing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
* Experience implementing licensing, permitting, inspections, regulatory, or case-management solutions.
* Experience in supporting government agencies or other public-sector organizations.

Primary Responsibilities

* Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions.
* Implement and enhance Service Cloud capabilities, including case management, queues, assignment rules, escalation processes, knowledge, email-to-case, and service-console functionality.
* Build and maintain Experience Cloud portals for external users, customers, partners, or public-facing stakeholders.
* Leverage Salesforce out-of-the-box features, including Flow, validation rules, approval processes, record types, page layouts, permission sets, sharing rules, and reports and dashboards.
* Develop custom functionality using Apex, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
* Create and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries.
* Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, platform events, and other integration methods.
* Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
* Collaborate with architects, business analysts, administrators, quality-assurance teams, and business stakeholders.
* Ensure solutions follow Salesforce security, performance, scalability, and development best practices.
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment instructions, and solution-design artifacts.
