Position Summary
The Global Programs Assistant is a key member of the Undergraduate Business Program's Global Programs team, supporting the planning and delivery of global programs. Responsibilities include assisting with admissions processes, marketing and communications, and administrative operations. 
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Management Preferences
  1. Experience supporting study abroad, student services, admissions, program administration, or a related area.
  2. Experience working with college students or in a higher education environment.
  3. Experience managing detailed administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, or coordinating multiple projects and deadlines.
  4. Familiarity with customer relationship management, application management, or student information systems, such as Slate, Terra Dotta, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  5. Experience developing communications or marketing materials with proficiency in Microsoft 365 or related technology tools.
