Job description

Job Description:

We are seeking a contractor to support the global delivery of Client's Interns & Apprentices Talent Program, with a primary focus on apprenticeships and traineeships. This role will help manage program execution, stakeholder coordination, tracking, communications, and process improvements across multiple countries and workstreams.


The contractor will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Global Operations Academy, business leaders, regional teams, and external partners to help ensure programs are delivered consistently, on time, and aligned to business needs.


Required Experience

Experience in program management, project coordination, HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Operations, or related fields.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.

Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment.

Strong communication skills, including written updates, meeting notes, and stakeholder follow-up.

Ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems, and keep work moving.

Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, Anaplan, or Power BI is helpful.


Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a strong plus:

University hiring or early-career recruiting

Apprenticeship or trainee programs

Military transition, veteran hiring, or military fellowship programs

Workforce development or education partnerships
