Discover an exciting opportunity as a Dental Front Desk Coordinator with Specialists in Orthodontics Maryland - Potomac! The primary focus of the Front Desk Coordinator is to manage all front office functions for the practice, ensuring that patients, parents, and/or guardians receive top priority.

This full-time position operates Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Desired experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service exposure.

Specific Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Capability to travel between multiple locations.
  • Customer service-oriented with a consistently pleasant demeanor in communication.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management.
