Job description

Job Summary:
Are you a Payments industry expert who loves working with complex financial workflows and advising companies on payment gateway connections with processors and banks? HighRadius is looking for a Digital Transformation Principal to champion our Payments Automation solutions.
In this highly strategic, pre-sales role, you will bridge the gap between complex B2B payments technology and executive-level business value. You will partner with Fortune 1000 CFOs to diagnose their current payment friction points and design modern, automated digital transformation strategies.
Your Day-to-Day:
  • Strategic Discovery: Conduct deep-dive operational assessments to uncover friction in a prospect's current B2B payment ecosystem (e.g., high interchange fees, manual cash application, cross-border and multi-currency complexities) and map them to HighRadius solutions with their corresponding value propositions.
  • Value Engineering: Build and present compelling business cases, ROI models, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses to justify technology investments to finance executives.
  • Executive Demonstrations: Deliver powerful, tailored product demonstrations to the Finance departments of enterprise-level clients, up to the CFO.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to architect scalable digital payment transformation roadmaps.
  • Product Management Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management and Strategy teams to influence the product roadmap based on real-world prospect feedback and emerging trends in the Payments industry.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
  • Payments Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the B2B payments landscape, including merchant acquiring, credit card processing (interchange optimization, Level 2/3/CEDP data), direct debit (ACH, SEPA, Bacs, BECS, etc.), alternative payment methods, digital wallets, real-time payments (RTP), and global payment gateways.
  • Pre-Sales / Consulting Experience: Proven track record in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or tech-focused Management Consulting role, ideally selling into the Office of the CFO
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build trust and sustain strategic relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical workflows and solutions into quantifiable business value (ROI) and easily understandable customer-facing presentations.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/financial field.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel domestically up to 40% to meet with enterprise prospects.

Perks & Benefits:
  • Performance-based bonus or commission (for eligible roles)
  • Competitive benefits, 401 (k) matching plan, and wellness resources
  • Opportunity to earn stock options for top-performers
  • Paid parental leave
  • Paid company & flex holidays
  • ZINGy environment: quarterly events, team outings, and MORE!
