What is a CSR teller?

CSR Tellers, or Customer Service Representative Tellers, are bank employees who assist customers with a variety of financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. They also provide information about banking products, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. CSR Tellers play a key role in maintaining security and accuracy in financial transactions, and often act as the first point of contact for bank customers.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a CSR teller, and why are they important?
