Graduate Engineer II Water

Locations: Marshfield, WI
Type: FullTime | Salaried | Flex Time Eligible

MSA is hiring a Graduate Engineer II Water (EIT) to focus primarily on Water/Wastewater projects. As a Graduate Engineer II, you will primarily support municipal clients through planning, design, permitting, and construction for engineering projects.

Role Responsibilities

  • Perform planning, design, and construction-related tasks for potable water, wastewater, and utility projects
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing facilities and identify areas for improvement and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and other engineers during assessments, alternatives analyses, and designs
  • Research and recommend innovative technologies and approach to improve treatment processes
  • Preparation of plans, specifications, & bidding documents
  • Preparation of regulatory permits
  • Construction Observation & Administration (e.g. documenting activities, communication w/ project managers & engineers, submittal reviews, measuring & testing, general oversight, and interacting with contractors, subcontractors, residents, and clients)
  • Provide assistance with company initiatives that may involve different service lines

Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related field required
  • EIT required
  • 1+ years of post-grad related experience required

  • Compensation Range: $70,369–$91,479 (commensurate with experience)
