What is a fleet associate?

Fleet Associates are professionals responsible for supporting the management and operation of a company's vehicle fleet. Their duties typically include assisting with vehicle maintenance scheduling, tracking fleet usage, processing documentation, and coordinating with drivers or vendors. They play an important role in ensuring the fleet runs efficiently and complies with company policies and regulations. Fleet Associates often work closely with Fleet Managers and other logistics staff to handle day-to-day fleet operations.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be a fleet associate?

To thrive as a Fleet Associate, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of vehicle operations, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent.
