We’re looking for a reliable maintenance professional who can keep our facilities operating efficiently. You’ll run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk. Compensation:

$17 - $19 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Manage other maintenance requests as required
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
  • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced
  • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs
  • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Complete preventative maintenance inspections and assigned work orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain hotel grounds, landscaping, parking areas, and swimming pool facilities as needed.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and inventory of tools and supplies.
  • Assist with emergency repairs and participate in on-call coverage as needed.
  • Support special projects, renovations, and property improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends
  • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
  • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
