Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientated Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have fabrication and fitting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. A strong ability to interpret drawings, perform precision fit-ups and execute layout and burn operations to high-quality standards.
Selected candidates must qualify in the Flux Core process of 2/3/4G and 5F positions. 2/3G GTAW and GMAW positions.
Requirements
Preferred 3 years of welding/fitting experience in like industry.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Proficient in blueprint reading specifically related to welding joints & symbols.
Ability to use a fillet gauge.
Understand material grades (i.e. pipe, plate, bar, fittings & P-No.).
Knowledge of interpass/temp/heat input.
Understand and adhere to Weld Procedures (EMITP).
