Fitness Interns are individuals, often students or recent graduates, who work under the supervision of experienced fitness professionals to gain practical experience in the health and fitness industry. Their responsibilities typically include assisting with client assessments, helping to design workout programs, maintaining gym equipment, and supporting fitness classes or personal training sessions. This role helps interns develop hands-on skills, learn about gym operations, and build a foundation for a career in fitness, personal training, or related fields.

What does a fitness intern do?
