Customer Service Associate - Fishers

Responsibilities:

  • Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.
  • Handles any walk-in customers.
  • Collects payments.
  • Makes policy changes.
  • Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim's representatives.
  • Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients.
  • Any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements for Success:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
