Set up cook stations for Saute, Middle, and Grill, including pulling ingredients; Prepare ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, mixing, and measuring; Cook orders on demand for each ticket sent to station, including fish, shrimp, fish tacos, chowder, burgers, and sides; Portion, arrange, and garnish food; Rotate line with fresh product, checking for quality; and Deep clean station to prepare for next shift. Must be 19 years or older because of knife-handling duties.
