Job description

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, has an opening for a highly motivated Fiscal Clerk located in Dallas, Texas.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in financial administration, office operations, and fiscal support, with experience processing financial transactions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient business operations. The Fiscal Clerk will perform a wide range of administrative, office and professional support activities.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Provides oversight and administrative support in the planning, execution, analysis, and tracking of resources.
  • Develop plans including budgets allocations and schedules to meet various operational requirements.
  • Conducts in-depth analysis of a wide variety of sources, studies and/or audits as established/planned in the program requirements.
  • Evaluates, monitors, and reports performance against plans to ensure guidelines meet appropriate procedures and policies.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy and consistency across all databases and reports.
  • Conduct research and develop spreadsheets, tracking systems, and presentations for management use.
  • Support financial tracking activities and assist in budget planning and resource allocation.
  • Assist in processing invoices, purchase requests, and vendor payments.
  • Track office budgets and maintain financial records.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure spending aligns with budget allocations.
  • Maintain financial spreadsheets, logs, and supporting documentation.
  • Review and verify reports for accuracy; reconcile inconsistencies.
  • Assist with inventory control and property accountability.
  • Prepare routing financial reports and status updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies, financial regulations, and internal controls.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain files, and provide general administrative support.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and office expenditure.

Position Requirements:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Must have 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Position requires strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems and work in a team environment.
  • Preferred knowledge of financial and procurement processes.

Skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint management and computer software programs.
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs.
