Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up application leads, including needed documents and appointments and make sure
all the applicants are reachable, and all profiles are complete.
- Set up appointments and conduct interviews with surrogate/donor applicants.
- Reviewing surrogate/donor applications, telling candidates about the surrogacy/donor
process, benefits and answering their questions.
- Emailing and following up with potential surrogates/donors, guiding them through the
screening process, maintaining internal records and databases and various other tasks as
needed.
- Work closely with all the departments.
- You may be assigned to other duties as needed and your duties may also change on
reasonable notice, based on the needs of the Company and your skills.
Education and Experience:
-High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
-Must have personal experience as a repeat surrogate, providing valuable firsthand knowledge and insight into the surrogacy process and journey.
-Bilingual English and Spanish required.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
