Collins + Collins (C+C) is looking for an experienced 3+ year Associate Attorney to join our team.

Your Role

As an Associate Attorney at C+C, you will play a pivotal role in litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to develop case strategies, manage all aspects of litigation— from fact investigation to drafting pleadings and motions— and build strong relationships with clients.

To be successful in this role, you must be a current member in good standing with the CA (California) Bar and/or NV (Nevada) State Bar. You should also be ready to roll up your sleeves and work closely with clients, manage all stages of litigation, and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active CA (California) Bar and/or NV (Nevada) State Bar in good standing
  • 3+ years’ experience in civil litigation
  • Strong writing, case analysis, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
