As a Manager, Business Immigration Analyst, you will lead client service delivery for key accounts, supervise and mentor team members, and play a pivotal role in optimizing immigration programs through data, process improvement, and technology.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Business Immigration Analyst to lead the execution and oversight of U.S. employment-based immigration services for global corporate clients. In this role, you will manage a team of analysts, support attorneys in high-stakes client engagements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across immigration processes, team operations, and client strategy.
As a manager you will:
  • Oversee day-to-day casework delivery for client accounts, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with immigration law and internal quality standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Immigration Analysts and Senior Associates through regular feedback, performance evaluations, and ongoing mentorship.
  • Provide strategic guidance on immigration processes, timelines, compliance risks, and regulatory changes, in collaboration with supervising attorneys.
  • Supervise preparation and review of complex U.S. employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of Status filings.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance case management, reporting, automation, and service delivery.
  • Use immigration technology platforms to drive data transparency, reporting accuracy, and operational consistency across case portfolios.
  • Conduct training sessions on immigration regulations, best practices, and internal procedures to upskill team members and foster knowledge-sharing.
  • Monitor legal, policy, and procedural updates and ensure timely implementation across clients and internal processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across immigration, tax, and HR functions through Vialto Partners' integrated mobility ecosystem.
  • Promote and model the firm's values of empathy, excellence, accountability, and integrity in all client and team interactions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration, including team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Paralegal certificate or university degree required, advanced credentials a plus.
  • Demonstrated success managing client portfolios and supervising high-volume immigration casework.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Technologically proficient, with a strong interest in leveraging automation and data analytics to drive immigration program performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and diplomatically to clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with Vialto Law's tech-forward mobility ecosystem Vialto's myMobility mobile app, Mobility Moments, Mobility Brand, and related digital tools) is a plus.
