Now Hiring: National Solar Sales Manager

We're seeking a National Solar Sales Manager to power the nationwide growth of Climate First Bank's solar lending program by acquiring, converting, and managing relationships with installers across the country. This role blends relationship-driven sales, strategic market expansion, and hands-on business development. You'll serve as a trusted financing partner, collaborate closely with OneEthos and the CTO, and represent Climate First Bank at industry events-owning the solar sales motion from first conversation to sustained referral volume.

 

What You'll Contribute:

Drive National Sales Growth

  • Proactively source and onboard new solar installer partners.
  • Present Climate First Bank's solar financing solutions.
  • Convert prospects into active referral partners.
  • Own and grow a national sales pipeline.
  • Hit and exceed referral and production targets.
  • Expand market presence across priority regions.

Build Trusted Partner Relationships

  • Serve as primary relationship owner for solar installers.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings nationwide with solar installers.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement.
  • Collaborate with OneEthos and CTO on joint sales efforts.
  • Attend and represent the bank at industry events.
  • Provide market feedback to internal stakeholders.

The Work Environment:
