The First Responder List includes individuals trained in basic emergency response skills, often serving as initial responders at scenes. EMTs have specialized medical training and certification to provide pre-hospital emergency care. While first responders focus on scene safety and initial aid, EMTs deliver advanced medical interventions. Both roles are vital in emergency situations but differ in training depth and medical responsibilities.
