First Ring BDC is seeking motivated, customer-focused Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with automotive shops and serve as the first point of contact for their customers. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
  • Schedule customer appointments accurately
  • Provide status updates and basic information to callers
  • Document call details clearly in our systems
  • Follow provided phone scripts and processes
  • Work collaboratively with team members and shop advisors
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette at all times
