Client:              Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location:         Cary, NC 27513
Duration:         11 Months
Shift:                1st Shift (Flexible, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)

Job Summary

Supports sales operations, customer interactions, and internal processes while contributing to marketing and business development activities. Combines customer communication with backend sales processing and auditing work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and dealers
  • Identify potential customers through referrals, research, and events
  • Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend suitable products/services
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up plans
  • Support internal communications and cross-functional collaboration

Core Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)

  • Audit customer purchase orders for compliance with contracts and policies
  • Process sales transactions for invoicing, settlements, and credits
