ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of personal insurance clients.
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional service.
Process policy changes, renewals, and new business applications accurately and efficiently.
Review existing policies to identify opportunities for coverage enhancements and cross-selling.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Collaborate with agents and underwriters to resolve client issues and advocate for client needs.
Stay current with industry trends and product offerings to provide informed advice.
RequirementsMaryland Property & Casualty Producer License (Required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems (e.g., HawkSoft, Applied Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
