Job description

First National Bank of America is seeking a thorough and consistent Loan Disclosure Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy in disclosing fees associated with a mortgage loan to the borrower. A successful Loan Disclosure Specialist will have excellent attention to detail and will be able to adhere to established guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately disclose loan fees to the borrower
  • Work with team members to resolve technical loan issues
  • Provide great service for internal staff and bank customers
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of TRID guidelines
  • Work independently while collaborating with a team

Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prepare documents accurately
  • Effective communication with internal employees
  • Must be able to read, examine, and organize documents
  • The ability to multitask and focus in busy office environment is essential
