Job description

First National Bank of America is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Disclosure Services Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely preparation and delivery of Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure documents in compliance with TRID regulations. In this role, attention to detail is paramount, as the role will be responsible for reviewing Review loan files periodically to ensure accuracy of loan terms, fees, and disclosures. The Disclosure Services Manager will collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and risk management, to gather necessary information for disclosure requirements. Additionally, this role will stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure the organization's disclosure practices remain in compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end disclosure process, including gathering information, drafting, reviewing, and distributing disclosure documents.
  • Manage loan services process for the accurate and timely ordering of flood certifications, appraisals, and completion of CIP and OFAC processing.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, such as banking regulations, privacy laws, and consumer protection laws.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on disclosure requirements and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all disclosure activities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage lending and TRID disclosure management with a strong knowledge of TRID regulations and requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in mortgage loan origination software and Microsoft Office applications
  • 2+ years managing a team
