Job description

First National Bank of America is seeking client-focused Bilingual Supervisor with a servant heart to lead our Online Branch. This candidate will oversee a team of virtual bankers who provide exceptional service & sales support to customers in both English and Spanish. This role ensures that the virtual branch delivers on service, sales, compliance, and operational excellence while fostering a high-performance culture.

This role is On-site at our East Lansing Headquarters

Schedule - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

  • Answer inquiries regarding checking, savings, CD's, IRA's, online banking and home equity products
  • Resolve complex account issues and ensure client satisfaction
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of virtual bankers to meet individual and branch performance goals by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and development plans, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client-first service
  • Drive deposit, lending, and cross-sell growth through coaching
  • Support bankers in uncovering client needs and recommending suitable products
  • Ensure all transactions comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (e.g., BSA, AML)
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending documentation

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bilingual fluency (e.g., English & Spanish) - verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge of deposit and consumer lending products
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
  • Experience with Jack Henry preferred
  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented, team-focused environment
  • Prior banking or financial services experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Ability to quickly course correct and adapt in culture of change
