Job description

The Fleet Business Relations Key Account Specialist is responsible for all operational activities within Fleet, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to ensure that Stellantis’ largest key fleet account orders are built and delivered according to contractual obligations.  The Key Account Specialist will work closely with internal departments within Fleet, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance in all facets to ensure Order-To-Delivery (OTD) and Preferred Shipping Periods (PSP) are adhered to per contractual obligations with Fleet customers.  They will also work directly with key large fleet accounts to ensure customer needs are being addressed.  This is a critical customer facing role supporting customer retention and sales growth objectives.  It is a developmental position with enterprise wide responsibilities and visibility.

Duties include:

  • Customer relationship management –responding to Fleet Management Companies and key large fleet accounts inquiries and operational concerns.
  • Vehicle order and project management – proactive monitoring of key accounts to ensure vehicle orders progress through production, logistics and delivery to meet customer expectations and contractual obligations
  • Invoicing and incentives – ensure appropriate billing and application of incentives

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year of Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Distribution or other related experience
  • Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, macro’s, etc.)
  • Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field of study
  • Experience within the automotive industry in a sales or supply chain role
  • Strong communication skills in negotiations and conflict management
  • Excels in building positive working relationships
