We are looking to add a Production Coordinator to our growing team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Production team to ensure deals are assigned and handed in a timely manner. This position plays a key role in making the dream of home ownership a reality.

What You'll Do

  • Provides a wide range of support to the Production team.
  • May assist with final policy preparation, policy review, and policy-related processes.
  • May provide recording support, including e-recording, recording follow up, and backup coverage for recording functions.
  • Assists new and existing customers with questions and concerns relative to Watermark Title's products and services.
  • May assist in preparing monthly production reports for the team.
  • Follows processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoots as needed and recommends suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
  • Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.
