In this role you'll
  • Actively develop and manage relationships with highvalue business clients while promoting a broad range of banking products and services.
  • Develop strong partnerships with commercial relationship managers, branch managers, and other internal teams to support seamless client experiences.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting goals related to volume, profitability, sales activities, and calling efforts.
  • Build new referral channels through centers of influence, community engagement, bank events, and participation in professional and small business seminars.
  • Understand the full suite of company products and refer clients to partners across the organization as appropriate.
  • Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and key partners including Commercial Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, Mortgage, Investments, and others.
  • Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations.
What we're looking for
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
  • You have 4 or more years of experience in business banking (Required).
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
