We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a BANK TELLER / CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST opportunity with one of the oldest independent community banks headquartered in Orange County. The bank was established by local business leaders who wanted to provide a more responsive, relationship-driven alternative to larger financial institutions. Today, the bank continues to focus on personalized service, local decision-making, and supporting the businesses and communities it serves.
The BANK TELLER / CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

  • Process a variety of deposit and loan transactions in a small branch setting, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and loan payoffs.
  • Answer incoming calls regarding loan payments, deposit and loan account inquiries, and payoff quotes.
  • Complete teller transactions and cash-handling duties accurately, ensuring the teller drawer balances at the end of each day.
  • Perform daily operational tasks accurately and provide support in other areas of the branch as needed.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working at a credit union or community bank.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to learn and follow bank policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers, written information, and verbal or written instructions.

Pay Rate Range: $18.00 - $26.00/hour depending on experience, etc.
