JOB TITLE: CCTV Camera Operator   

DEPARTMENT: Operations

LoJac is located in Middle Tennessee and South Florida. Our goal is to provide a safe workplace for all employees to grow professionally and personally throughout their employment with LoJac.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

LoJac is currently seeking talented Camera Operators, who are dedicated to professional growth for our company. CCTV Camera Operators are responsible for operating and managing remote cameras and CCTV equipment to videotape inside sewer lines.   This position is also responsible to complete projects in a safe and timely manner.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform robotic telemonitoring inspections of sewer lines per NASSCO standards through use of robotic CCTV camera
  • ·     Operate and maintain CCTV equipment
  • ·      Assist in the cleaning of lines as needed
  • ·      Inform the public of the project by passing out flyers to residents of the community
  • ·      Adhere to all of the safety requirements for the position on a site-specific basis
  • ·      Any other task as directed

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ·      Work overtime if needed by supervisor.
  • ·      Stand, kneel, walk, etc for long periods of time.
  • ·      Willing to take OSHA courses to ensure safety knowledge.
  • ·      Willing to take First Aid courses to ensure safety knowledge.
  • ·      All other duties as required by business needs.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Education:       High School Diploma

Experience:     Operating and Maintaining CCTV Inspection Equipment

Other:              NASSCO Certified Inspectors (Preferred)

                        Clean Driving Record

                        Must pass background and drug screen prior to hire
