Minimum Qualifications
Available to work 15-20 hours per week
Perform tasks promptly and professionally
Availability to work USF related events, including evenings and weekends
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as demonstrated by an online portfolio
Commitment to quality customer service
Understanding of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Adobe (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with DSLR cameras, microphones, lighting, tripods/gimbals
Expertise using macOS
Employment or intern experience in a communications/marketing or multimedia environment
Coursework in public relations, advertising, marketing, communications or a related field

Job Responsibilities
Assist with photography and videography shoots
Edit photos and videos independently using professional editing software
Manage photo/video database and assist in graphic design
Gather and create content for social media channels
Conduct research, including interviews of students, faculty and donors, to assist with story writing
Migrate and update web/social content within a content management system (CMS)
Provide administrative support to the Advancement Communications and Marketing professional team
