Relevant Exp: 2 - 3 years
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Implementation & Administration Fortinet Firewalls using Forti Manager
  • Creating / Modifying Firewall policies using Forti Manager
  • Administration of CISCO ASA Firewalls
  • Get involved in day-to-day operational activities
  • Understand requirements & liaise with customer stakeholders for implementation
  • Troubleshooting issues related to misconfiguration or connectivity from firewalls / VPN
  • Coordination with OEM for performance and bugs related issues
  • Coordination with OEM for break fix and RMA issues
Skills:
  • Hands on experience on - FortiManager, Fortigate Firewalls, FortiAnalyzer (L2)
  • Hands on experience on Cisco ASA Firewalls (L1)
  • Good understanding and troubleshooting skills in VDOM, IPsec VPN technologies, High Availability (HA), SD-WAN concepts.
  • Experience of Network/Firewall management, managing Security profiles/policies.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot various network problems using utilities like nslookup, traceroute, ping, net stat, and packet sniffers like wire shark, tcp dump etc.
  • Good Communication skills
