The Physical Therapist role is based onsite, providing home care services to patients in their own environments, which enables us to cater our treatments to their specific lifestyles and needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on both patient evaluations and physician recommendations, regularly modifying these plans to reflect patient progress.
  • Utilize a wide array of treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and electrotherapy, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and home exercise programs that promote independence and enhance recovery.
  • Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals concerning physical therapy programs, patient progress, and adaptive equipment needs.
  • Supervise support personnel, delegating tasks appropriately while ensuring high standards of patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients dealing with orthopedic injuries, including post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain management. You will work with a diverse patient demographic, each with varying needs and conditions, from athletic injuries to age-related musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
