Firepower Rehab & Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Red Bluff, California. The Physical Therapist role is based onsite, providing home care services to patients in their own environments, which enables us to cater our treatments to their specific lifestyles and needs. You will have the opportunity to work closely with patients of all ages, assessing their conditions and developing treatment plans that support their recovery journeys. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients using various diagnostic tests, including range of motion and functional assessments, to objectively determine the degree of impairment.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on both patient evaluations and physician recommendations, regularly modifying these plans to reflect patient progress.
• Utilize a wide array of treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and electrotherapy, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and home exercise programs that promote independence and enhance recovery.
• Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals concerning physical therapy programs, patient progress, and adaptive equipment needs.
• Supervise support personnel, delegating tasks appropriately while ensuring high standards of patient care.

Our clinic primarily serves patients dealing with orthopedic injuries, including post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain management. You will work with a diverse patient demographic, each with varying needs and conditions, from athletic injuries to age-related musculoskeletal disorders. Our focus is on employing evidence-based practices to ensure positive patient outcomes and enhance functional independence.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• Minimum of three years' experience specifically in orthopedic rehabilitation, demonstrating your capability to manage complex cases.
• Clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong ability to develop comprehensive exercise regimens tailored to each patient's needs.

• Experience in utilizing advanced therapeutic technologies and software for patient management.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to support comprehensive patient care.
• Continuing education credits in specialized areas of physical therapy.

The Physical Therapist role at Firepower Rehab & Therapy Clinic offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
