The Opportunity

Adobe is building Firefly Boards, a flagship collaborative surface for creative exploration, planning, and alignment. Firefly Boards is a shared, visual workspace where creators and teams bring together ideas, references, generated assets, and intent to shape creative direction before and during production.

Firefly Boards enables creators to explore concepts, assemble visual narratives, generate and organize images and clips, and collaborate in real time across teams. It is designed to support early ideation, creative alignment, and ongoing collaboration across the full lifecycle of creative projects.

We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead Firefly Boards. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Adobe's collaborative creative surface and serve as the product leader across a matrixed organization spanning engineering, AI research, design, user research, product marketing, and go to market teams.

This role is an opportunity to define how creative teams think, explore, and align in an AI first world. You will shape a flagship product that becomes the starting point for creative work across individuals, teams, and enterprises.

What you'll do
  • Define and own the long term product vision for Firefly Boards as a collaborative, AI first creative workspace.

  • Lead the product roadmap by identifying high impact opportunities, prioritizing features, defining success metrics, and supporting end to end delivery.

  • Build workflows that support creative exploration, visual ideation, asset organization, and team alignment.

  • Partner closely with engineering, AI research, design, user research, and platform teams to deliver a cohesive and scalable collaboration experience.

  • Integrate AI powered generation and organization tools directly into the creative planning and ideation process.

  • Enable seamless collaboration across individuals and teams, supporting shared boards, feedback, iteration, and creative decision making.

  • Ensure Firefly Boards connects naturally with downstream creative tools and studio workflows across Adobe.

  • Drive rapid iteration through prototyping, experimentation, and close engagement with creators, designers, and creative teams.

  • Shape Firefly Boards' role within Adobe's broader Creative Cloud and AI platform strategy.

  • Share the product vision inside and outside Adobe, incorporating feedback from creators, enterprise customers, and partners to guide product direction.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high performing team of product managers focused on collaboration, clarity, and creative flow.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 10 or more years of product management experience, including leadership of collaborative or multi user products.

  • A deep understanding of AI models, AI image and video workflows, and a passion for ideation products

  • Proven experience building tools for creative planning, ideation, collaboration, or visual organization.

  • Strong intuition for how creative teams work together across ideation, feedback, and execution.

  • Experience leading product in a matrixed organization and influencing across engineering, design, research, and go to market teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous creative workflows and turn them into clear, shipped products.

  • Strong product judgment across UX, collaboration models, and scalable platform design.

  • A builder's mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and learning through shipping.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to align senior leaders and cross functional partners around a clear product narrative.

  • Experience with AI powered creative tools or collaborative platforms is a strong plus.

  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
