Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is actively expanding its network of independent Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to deliver crucial, specialized behavioral health support to federal wildland firefighters and dispatchers. This is a 1099 contractor opportunity offering unparalleled flexibility and highly competitive hourly rates.

Your Next Chapter: Focused, Flexible, and Mission-Driven

For clinicians skilled in trauma care, this role offers the perfect intersection of clinical autonomy and meaningful public service. We require immediate coverage in 17 states to meet the ongoing demand for services:

Alabama | Alaska | Arizona | North Dakota | Oregon | Virginia | Arkansas | Florida | Iowa | Oklahoma | Texas | Wyoming | Montana | New Mexico | North Carolina | South Dakota | Utah

Elevate Your Clinical Practice

As a key partner, you will provide confidential, evidence-based services tailored to the occupational stress, trauma exposure, and unique culture of wildland first responders.

Key Clinical Contributions:

  • Trauma Specialization: Delivering individual and group therapy for complex issues including PTSD, critical incident stress, compassion fatigue, and substance use.

  • Proactive & Reactive Support: Offering both routine clinical care and immediate crisis intervention during high-stress periods.

  • Assessment & Planning: Conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and developing precise, evidence-based treatment plans.

  • Hybrid Delivery: Utilizing both virtual (telehealth) and scheduled on-site engagement to ensure optimal accessibility.

The Ideal 1099 Partner Profile

We are seeking clinicians ready to operate with a high degree of independence and clinical excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in a mental health discipline.

  • Current, Independent Licensure in the state of practice (Non-negotiable).

The Highly Preferred Edge:

  • Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience providing direct clinical care.

  • Proven Expertise: History of working successfully with military, first-responder, or other high-acuity/trauma populations.

  • Modalities: Specialized training or certification in trauma-focused therapies (e.g., EMDR, CPT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy).

The Blue Rose Advantage

We are a veteran-owned small business committed to mission excellence. Partnering with us means:

  • Clinical Autonomy: True independence as a 1099 contractor, managing your caseload and schedule.

  • Competitive Partnership: Top-tier hourly rates recognizing your specialized expertise in trauma and crisis response.

  • Meaningful Work-Life Integration: The flexibility of a hybrid model to balance your professional and personal life.

  • Pioneering Impact: Contributing to a national program that is fundamentally changing how first responders access mental healthcare.

If you possess the expertise to build resilience in our nation's heroes, we invite you to partner with Blue Rose.
