Job description

Summary: The AimHi family is always looking for outgoing individuals to work retail at our local shooting range and firearms store. A good candidate must have the skill set to provide exceptional customer service through professional courtesy and expert product knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Promote and sell products, services and/or related accessories, through "approach-ability" and superior product knowledge, to meet and surpass sales goals.

Understand that, as an employee at AimHi, part of our job is to inform and educate.

Provide customers with accurate information regarding all inventory and associated accessories.

The Ability to use and understand a computer-base Point of Sale (POS) system, with cash, check, or credit transactions.

Handle customer concerns/complaints with poise and grace.

Understand and support sales policies and procedures to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Provide basic assistance with merchandising the store, including reception of inventory that may require lifting up to 50 lbs.

Maintains a neat and orderly store at all times to include dusting and vacuuming.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a positive attitude!

Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.

Must have basic computer/internet knowledge.

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.

Prior retail\sales experience required.

Basic knowledge of firearms is preferred.

Advanced knowledge of firearms is preferred, but not required
