Job description

If you're the Firearm Store Sales Enthusiast we are looking for you'll be a gun enthusiast who is knowledgeable regarding all types of firearms. You'll be welcoming and find it easy to make friends easily. You are able to persuade others with a personal and friendly approach. You're able to sell people on ideas because of your confidence, your flexibility, your sense of urgency, and your pleasant approach.  Others describe you as someone who is easy to talk to and people respond to you in an open and positive way.

You'll be dependable, known for showing up on time, and love continuing to improve yourself. You'll have a background in sales positions and would really enjoy being able to sell something you are passion about. You'll look forward to welcoming customers and engaging them in a conversation about guns, ammo, accessories, and training so they get the professional advice they need to make a great buying decision.

You'll be looking for a full time position in our Largo store and are excited about the potential to move up within the team. You'll enjoy working at a company that shows they value leaders by giving them opportunities to be managers, earn commission and even own their own store location in the future. You'll believe in being an educator and have a desire to change the stigma associated with guns. You'll love working for “the good guys that carry guns” and being a part of a company that believes in education within the community and the prevention of firearm accidents.

You'll be ideal for this Firearm Store Sales Enthusiast position if you are retired military veteran who may have an interest in a future store management position in one of our two retail locations in Largo & Tampa. If you are a good fit, you'll enjoy keeping the inventory in place and making sure the necessary ATF & FDLE rules are followed, and the company procedures are checked off to a tee on a daily basis.
