Job Responsibilities:
  1. Engineer text and email agents using our proprietary email agent framework

  2. Maintain and develop our email agent framework

  3. Develop custom performance and quality evaluations for our agents

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. At least 2 years of full time professional, non-internship experience in fullstack, backend, or AI engineering

  2. Experience with backend development (Python)

  3. Experience integrating language models into AI applications

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in FinTech, Risk Management, or Compliance is beneficial but not mandatory

  2. Bonus points if you are experienced with agentic frameworks (e.g. LangGraph) and are able to clearly articulate the differences between model quality

  3. Bonus points if you have experience fine-tuning models
