Position Summary: The Enterprise Risk and Operational Resilience Analyst supports the execution of enterprise risk and resilience programs. The role offers hands-on experience in the financial services and transportation sector including how risk is identified, monitored, and governed across the organization, while working closely with risk leaders and business partners. The analyst will have opportunities to harness AI and automation to streamline processes, surface insights, and enhance the quality of risk and continuity outcomes. This role will work alongside our enterprise risk experts and report to the VP, Head of Enterprise Risk Management. This role is well-suited for someone early in their risk career who is eager to build foundational expertise, gain broad exposure, and contribute meaningfully to enterprise-level risk and resilience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Enterprise Risk Management function, assisting with coordination, documentation, and tracking for key risk activities including areas such as new product/change governance, model risk management, third-party risk management, operational / IT risk, and AI governance.
  • Support the oversight, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Management program, including coordination, facilitation, and maintenance of risk assessments, business impact analyses, and business continuity plans.
  • Perform data aggregation, quality assurance, reporting, and metrics analysis for Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).
  • Support training and provide ongoing guidance to plan owners on BCM tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Leverage approved GenAI and automation technologies to streamline work, deepen insights, and improve consistency across risk and resilience activities.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Risk Management, Finance, or Computer Science preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • At least one to three years experience required in a risk management-related field such as Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, Enterprise Risk Management, operational risk, or Internal Audit.
  • Experience and foundational knowledge of BC/DR concepts and execution is preferred.
  • Financial Services/Banking/FinTech industry experience preferred.
  • Industry relevant certifications are not required, but a plus, such as CBCP, MCP, CISA, CIA, CISSP.

SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization to gather inputs, coordinate deliverables, and support risk and resiliency activities.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, and able to adapt communications to the audience.
  • Team player and self-starter-hands-on, proactive, and receptive to direction when needed.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to deliver practical business results (e.g., improved cycle time, quality, consistency, or insights) with a strong interest in continuing to apply and expand these skills within company guardrails.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
