Job description

We're in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.
This type of work-work that changes the world-is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
THE ROLE
As the Principal Field Business Development Manager for Cloud solutions within Everpure's commercial line of business, you will accelerate Everpure's market momentum by architecting and executing high-impact, joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with our top-tier resellers. You will bridge the gap between cloud strategy and field execution, collaborating closely with National Partner Account teams, AWS/Azure hyperscaler specialists, and marketing to turn complex cloud economics into field wins. This role differentiates itself by shifting the traditional partner relationship into a true co-selling engine, directly driving pipeline and booking for cloud focused solutions via Partner Sourced business.
The Commercial Line of Business at Everpure is focused on helping the company serve commercial segments with solutions that are easier to buy, deploy, and grow. It sits at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and partner execution, helping shape how Everpure brings offerings to market for mid-market, SMB, and adjacent commercial customers while working closely across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and product teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Architect & Execute Joint GTM Plans: Co-author and launch strategic go-to-market plans with priority partners, aligning internal cross-functional teams (Partner Account Team, Core Sales, Alliances, Marketing) to unlock high-potential customer accounts and activate new revenue streams.
  • Own the Partner Sourced Cloud Pipeline: Drive and scale the overarching Cloud pipeline and bookings targets across the reseller ecosystem (initially focused on AMS), establishing clear qualification criteria and pipeline visibility.
  • Enable and Mobilize the Partner Ecosystem: Train, equip, and align Partner representatives-including Core AE/SE teams, Cloud Specialists, and FinOps practices-ensuring they can effectively articulate Everpure's value proposition, economic differentiation, and complete technical sizing.
  • Optimize Marketplace & Commercial Velocity: Educate and guide internal Everpure commercial teams on navigating complex marketplace transactions, leveraging deep knowledge of AWS/Azure contractual mechanisms (like EDP and MACC) to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Drive Joint Demand Generation & Market Presence: In partnership with marketing, champion joint demand gen activities with resellers that convert into net-new and expansion bookings, while representing Everpure Cloud solutions as a thought leader at key regional partner and industry events.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Cloud & Alliance Management Expertise: Proven success leading strategic business development or alliance management within the technology sector, with a deep understanding of cloud-native solutions, cloud economics, and FinOps frameworks.
  • Hyperscaler & Marketplace Fluent: Direct experience navigating top hyperscaler ecosystems (specifically AWS and Azure), including hands-on familiarity with cloud migrations and marketplace transaction mechanics (EDP/MACC).
  • Cross-Functional Influence & Execution: A track record of balancing high-level strategy with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" execution mindset, showing a strong ability to build trust and influence executive leaders across partner organizations.
  • Agile Collaboration & Communication: Outstanding business acumen and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to thriving in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from a regional corporate and/or partner office (e.g., Santa Clara, CA / New York, NY / Chicago, IL) in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
  • Travel: Ability to travel 10-20% as business needs require.
  • Compensation: Everpure is dedicated to fair, equitable, and market-competitive compensation. Base pay salary zones are aligned by standard office hub structures in accordance with geographic differentials. Pay range will be based on pay salary zone.
