Job description

Location - Montebello, Quebec, Canada
Salary - CA$70-76k
Benefits - M/D/V (free telemedicine), drycleaning, parking, life insurance
Seeking a bi-lingual sous chef to run a regional Québécois fine dining restaurant.
Qualifications
  • must be fluent in French & English and know Quebec's cuisine
  • minimum 3 years in kitchen management in a luxury resort setting
  • must be very driven and creative.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise all daily operations of an intimate fine dining restaurant and pivot to an outdoor outlet during the summer season.
  • Bring new ideas, knowledge and skills to continuously improve culinary practices and team performance.
  • Participate in scheduling based on budgets, promote ongoing training and team development, and encourage teamwork within the kitchen and with other departments.
