Key Responsibilities

  • Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, employing appropriate techniques to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in full compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring data privacy and security.
  • Apply evidence-based approaches, including applied behavior analysis techniques, to assist clients facing behavioral challenges and optimize their treatment outcomes.
  • Customize mental health counseling sessions to align with individual client goals and needs, employing a range of therapeutic modalities appropriate for diverse populations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current, active licensure in the state of California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly in a telehealth setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology for patient management and teletherapy.
  • Ability to provide compassionate behavioral health counseling and effectively engage clients throughout their therapeutic process.
