Sales Leadership 

  • We have multiple levels of leadership start from a Leader In Training and advancing to an Assistant Manager or Management Trainee. 
    • We hire our Store, Area and District Managers from within, the Management Training Program is your path to becoming a Store Manager.
  • A sales leader will enjoy working directly with the Guest recommending, selecting and locationg merchandise based on Guest needs.
  • Leaders will support store management with recruiting, training and development.
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy of the store including visual merchanding, sales demonstartion and coaching, and sales floor coverage.  

Sales Teammate

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest.
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires. 

Operations, Freight, and Store Support

  • Operations Managers:
    • Managing promotions and ensure signage is displayed appropriately. 
    • Complete pulls and markdowns
    • Help with the hiring and onboarding process 
  • Freight Coordinators
    • Compare and verify merchandise invoices to items received to ensure that shipments are correct
    • Send orders to Guests via FedEx
    • Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips 
  • Store Support
    • Complete Guest Transactions by operating the Point of Sales
    • Assist operations manager as needed.
    • Maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store.

Visual Merchandising            

  • Partner with store leadership to discuss and plan store layouts
  • Create design flow of the merchandise including product rotation and markdown placement
  • Educate the reasons driving visual strategies to Buckle leadership.

 

Seamstress/Tailor

  • Use Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies to perform alterations.
  • This position typically works 2-5 hours per week.
