As a Security Officer Desk - Financial Tech in Greenwood Village, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location where you will serve as the first point of contact at the front desk. In this stationary role, you will greet visitors, manage access, support security-related procedures, and communicate with professionalism and care. Bring your customer service mindset to a team that values being agile, reliable, and innovative, while putting people first and acting with integrity every day.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Monitor lobby and reception area activity, greet visitors, verify identification and access permissions, and direct guests, vendors, and employees according to location protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity through required communication channels.
  • Maintain front desk logs, visitor records, and access documentation, and support badge control, sign-in procedures, and other security-related administrative tasks.
  • Support a professional presence in a financial institution location to help to deter unauthorized access, assist with entry screening practices, and provide guidance during routine and unusual events.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
