Technology Business Systems Analyst - Finance

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Technology Business Systems Analyst - Finance to help us run the "business of Technology." This role blends financial acumen with technical execution, focusing on building reporting, automations, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions that improve how Technology plans, tracks, and delivers value. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with high attention to detail who can partner across Finance, Technology, and business teams to translate financial and operational needs into scalable systems and solutions.

Job Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Technology finance, technology business management, or a similar operations/analytics role.
  • Proven experience with financial planning, forecasting, and budget variance analysis (OpEx/CapEx).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in developing and maintaining performance dashboards and KPIs.
  • Experience with project or portfolio administration and resource planning.
  • Familiarity with vendor management is a plus.
  • A "Get It Done" Attitude: You're a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Location Requirement: This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.

    • System & Process Ownership: Build, enhance, and maintain financial systems, reporting pipelines, and workflows that support Technology financial operations

    • Data Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between financial systems, operational platforms, and reporting tools
    • AI-Enhanced Finance: Apply AI tools to improve forecasting accuracy, variance analysis, and financial insights generation

Physical Requirements:

  • In-Office Environment: Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions
