Job Description

The Operations Manager role supports strategic execution for internal Program and Field Implementation (PFI) initiatives, driving clarity, alignment, and disciplined delivery across the organization. The role is responsible for enabling leadership communications, supporting employee engagement efforts, and ensuring consistent execution of initiatives through structured project management and governance.
This position partners closely with the Sr. Operations Manager and key leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, deliver highquality communication and reporting materials, and improve operational effectiveness through consistent execution and standardized processes.

PFI Communications & Execution:

  • Support execution of PFI business unit priorities, including development of leadership presentations, reporting materials, and executive-ready content
  • Translate complex strategic priorities into clear, concise communications that drive alignment across stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver recurring materials (e.g., ESAT communications, leadership reporting, presentations) with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain standardized templates and messaging frameworks to improve communication consistency and reduce rework
  • Ensure alignment of messaging across initiatives, leadership updates, and organizational communications

Employee Engagement & Organizational Effectiveness:

  • Execute employee engagement programs and support initiatives to improve ESAT outcomes through structured action planning
  • Track engagement and operational metrics, translating insights into leadership actions and improvements
  • Reinforce communication and reporting standards to improve clarity, efficiency, and organizational alignment
  • Ensure ontime delivery of materials and initiative outputs through disciplined execution practices
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and governance maturity

PFI Initiative Delivery & Governance:

  • Lead endtoend project management for internal PFI initiatives, ensuring clear plans, milestones, and ontime delivery
  • Maintain governance discipline across initiatives, including status reporting, risk/issue management, and decision tracking
  • Coordinate crossfunctional stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive accountability and proactively mitigate risks to ensure consistent execution outcomes
  • Develop structured reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into initiative progress and dependencies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 4-6+ years of relevant experience required
  • Experience supporting executive-level communications and developing presentation materials
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear messaging
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in employee engagement, organizational effectiveness or change management
  • Familiarity with collaboration and content management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, intranet platforms)
  • Certification or training in project management or communications

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $98,000 - $120,000/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurance.
