What You'll Do
As our Operations Parts & Service Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our Parts and Service departments.
Drive Financial Results
  • Lead operational and financial performance to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that improve revenue and efficiency.
  • Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and performance goals.
  • Analyze business metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
  • Champion a customer-first culture throughout the dealership.
  • Resolve complex customer concerns and build long-term relationships.
  • Meet directly with customers to strengthen partnerships and grow business opportunities.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Lead Operational Excellence
  • Oversee daily Parts and Service operations with a focus on productivity and quality.
  • Implement processes that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety regulations, OSHA requirements, and environmental guidelines.
  • Manage facility operations, equipment investments, and asset protection.

Build and Develop Winning Teams
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop department leaders and staff.
  • Create a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead performance management initiatives and employee development programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace where people can grow and succeed.

Grow Sales & Business Development
  • Establish and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Present and demonstrate Class 8 trucks and related products to prospective customers
  • Collaborate across finance, service, and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, competitor offerings, and product updates to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of leadership and/or management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of heavy-duty truck mechanical experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, operational management, and profitability.
• Experience leading teams, managing performance, and developing employees.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and business partners.
• Experience with P&L management, dealership operations, and CRM/dealership management systems preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record that meets company insurability requirements.
  • Ability to conduct customer ride-alongs, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives in compliance with all applicable safety and licensing requirements.
  • A Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required or must be obtained within six (6) months of hire.
