We are seeking an Operations/Practice Manager with 5-7 years of progressive experience in the wealth management industry. This individual brings demonstrated leadership capability, advanced client service expertise, and a proven ability to onboard and manage complex client relationships while driving operational excellence. This role expands beyond execution into leadership, oversight, and continuous improvement of client service operations while directly supporting financial advisors and high-net-worth clients.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN OPERATIONS/PRACTICE MANAGER?
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Manage scheduling, office workflows, and administrative processes.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the support staff. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure that team members are productive and aligned with the firm's goals and culture.
  • Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with financial advisors to ensure exceptional client service. Manage client onboarding, communications, and ensure that client needs are being met in a timely manner.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the firm is in compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements. Work closely with compliance teams to monitor and update procedures.
  • Leverage Technology to Drive Scale & Efficiencies: Ensure consistent adoption of existing technology, while seeking opportunities to identify and adopt other industry leading technologies that can drive incremental scale and efficiencies in the business and optimize the client experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in practice management or operations management, ideally in a financial advisory firm.
  • Additional certifications in financial services are not required, however a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of financial advisory practices, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
  • Experience working with custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, LPL, etc.)
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, Portfolio Management software (Orion, Black Diamond, etc.).
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Base Salary: $75,000-$85,000/year
