Job Overview
The addition of a Contracts Analyst is critical to support increasing contractual complexity, regulatory requirements, and operational demands across energy trading, settlements, andcontractsfunctions. This role will reduce financial risk, improve contract lifecycle efficiency, and strengthen compliance-particularly in preparation for evolving market structures such as EDAM.
Drafted, analyzed, and redlined NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs while ensuring alignment with legal standards and commercialobjectives. Ability to read, interpret, and analyze contracts for risk and compliance.
