Job description

Title: Finance & Reporting Manager

Location: Falls Church VA

Schedule: Onsite

Compensation: $95-110K (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Finance & Reporting Manager with strong FP&A, financial reporting, and NetSuite experience. This individual will oversee budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis while partnering with leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and recurring forecasting processes
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages
  • Analyze financial results, trends, KPIs, and budget-to-actual variances
  • Develop financial models and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Partner with department leaders on budgets, forecasts, and business performance
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and financial models
  • Manage financial reporting and analysis within NetSuite
  • Improve reporting processes, controls, and data accuracy
  • Support month-end close, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial review
  • Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Assist with cash-flow forecasting and long-term financial planning
  • Support special projects and additional financial analysis as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least five years of FP&A experience required
  • Hands-on NetSuite experience required
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance-analysis experience
  • Experience preparing financial reports and executive-level presentations
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and business-partnering abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred but not required
