Job Summary
The role will work closely with the administrative leadership team. This person will provide effective project management and financial strategy and coordination across all company departments. This role leverages his/her in-depth knowledge of financial project management.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Create and implement financial models for project financing.
  • Screen, research and evaluate new business development opportunities.
  • Apply experience to identify appropriate PM tools to manage resources, schedules, risks and issues while tracking the completion of milestones.
  • Analyze operational and financial (program budget and planning) data.
  • Manage projects that involve research, analysis, planning, development and implementation activities, monitor the progress and timeline, and communicate with project stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties.
  • Assist the project-development team in sensitivity and scenario analysis and deal structure. Underwrite, conduct due diligence, and drive deal closure.
  • Proactively communicate with and set expectations for internal and external audiences during the deal execution process.
  • Prepare collateral materials for investor presentations. Conduct regulatory, market and financial analysis.
  • Influence and drive key decisions for project execution.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required (finance, information systems, business, accounting required); MBA, Master of Finance, or Master of Accountancy is preferred
  • 5+ years project and program management experience
  • Experience in leading complex finance and reporting initiatives
  • Business process reengineering
  • Experience in crypto currency & related distributed ledger technologies
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required
  • Experience with finance systems and reporting, particularly in technology / software sector/ healthcare/ or production
